黄石市利用外资奖励政策
2021年8月6日黄石市人民政府出台关于引发推进外贸强市建设奖补政策“黄金十条”的通知。
其中第七条是支持外资项目落地。开办奖：注册资本超过1000万美元以上，实际投资额超过1000万美元的，一次性奖励10万元，投资额每增加1000万美元奖励增加10万元，单个企业最高奖励100万元。到资奖：在黄石市设立的当年实到外资金额（纳入统计且不含外方股东贷款）不少于500万美元（FDI）的项目，按照不低于项目当年实际到资金额1%的比例予以奖励。二奖项可叠加享受，大冶市、阳新县可参照执行。
Incentive policies for the utilization of foreign capital in Huangshi City
On August 6, 2021, Huangshi Municipal People's government issued a notice on triggering the "golden ten points" of the reward and subsidy policy for promoting foreign tradeto construct a stronger city.
The 7thpointis to support the landing of foreign-funded projects. Start up award: if the registered capitaland the actual investment exceeds US $10 million, a one-time reward of 100000 yuan will be given. For each increase of US $10 million, the reward will increase by 100000 yuan, and the maximum reward for a single enterprise is 1 million yuan. Capital contribution award: projects established in Huangshi City with an actual amount of foreign capital (included in statistics and excluding loans from foreign shareholders) of no less than US $5 million (FDI) in the current year will be rewarded bya proportion of noless than 1% of the actual amount of capital investedin the current year. The twoawardscan be enjoyed by superposition, and Daye City and Yangxin County canimplement the policy by reference.
